Sales Manager (cold sales) in Budva
Job Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming calls/requests from clients;
• Consultation/Sales of residential and commercial real estate of the company. Skillful handling of any customer objections;
• Organizing property viewings and tours for clients;
• Guiding the client through the deal;
• Detailed maintenance of communication history with the client in the CRM system;
• Interaction with other departments (marketing, IT, lawyers);
• Preparation of presentations, offers, and promotional materials for clients (in collaboration with the marketing department);
• Maintaining friendly communication with the client after the deal to build loyalty;
• Reporting.
Candidate Requirements:
• Developed communication skills: listening to the clients and their requests, empathy, tact, negotiation skills (knowledge of sales techniques is an advantage);
• Proficiency in Serbian and English (knowledge of the Russian language is a plus) at a level sufficient for quality communication with clients;
• Goal-oriented, ready to uphold the company’s values and high standards;
• Experience in luxury product sales, especially premium real estate is a significant advantage;
• Articulate, verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to solve any non-standard tasks;
• Willingness to learn and show initiative in work;
• Persistence and ambition.
Monthly salary 800-2000 + %. Office work. Corporate catering. All necessary conditions for work.
